Shpetim Tanaj, born in 1989 and Thorsten Fensch, born in 1982, have both been in the financial services industry for years.

Shpetim Tanaj is responsible for the technical area in the joint company. He takes over the technical property inspection and, if necessary, the supervision of renovation work.
